INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

 It is NEPA Elite  position to consider our Athletes and their family safety when making any decisions in regards to Practices or Tournament travel during any inclement Weather.   

Because of that we have come up with  following guidelines. 

• Practice will often be held as scheduled even in the event of inclement weather.   
• Tournaments will often be held as scheduled even in the event of inclement weather.            
• Practice or tournament facility closure due to inclement weather will be at the discretion of the facility, and / or tournament site management.
• NEPA Elite  respects the rights of parents/ guardians to make conflicting decisions regarding their  Athletes during inclement weather.
